Writing Experience:

Kathy has written hundreds of articles for various publications, including Metro News, Today’s Parent, Canadian Living, Blush Magazine, Moi Magazine, and continues to write regular columns for ParentsCanada, GoodLife Magazine, Oh Baby Magazine, Ottawa Families, Women’s Post, Post City Magazines, as well as being a feature writer for Sympatico.ca in their Auto, Lifestyle (Parenting), and Travel sections. Her “Funny Mummy” column appears in websites across North America. She also blogs for the Huffington Post.

Media Experience

Kathy is a well known television and radio personality, due to her work as regular parenting correspondent on CTVNewsChannel, and as a host on Slice TV’s “Birth Days”. She appears frequently on CityTV’s Breakfast Television (across Canada), CityLine, Til Debt Do Us Part, NewlyWed & Nearly Dead, TVO’s The Agenda, and other CBC national and local television shows.

Employment History

Kathy has over twenty years of corporate marketing experience, including senior positions at two of Canada’s largest financial institutions, CIBC and  RBC Royal Bank.  She has also worked in marketing and public relations at  Telus. Reckitt & Colman and Coca Cola Foods.  She also owned and operated a retail baby and maternity clothing store called “baby baby”.
